We present a hybrid system for ID cards and passports for direct mailing. We pack the documents in standard envelopes, tear-resistant special envelopes and cardboard envelopes for express delivery
Mailing systems for credit cards and PIN letters with the highest security requirements
We present solutions for card mailing with up to 8,000 items per hour for different applications and different modules as well as systems for PIN mailing for the highest security levels for various applications.
Quality control, sorting, packaging and mailing of various documents
We will show you our fully automated systems for quality control of cards, passports and other security documents. We sort, pack and mail different materials in a customised, fully tracked and documented manner.
Manufacturing of cards and passports
We will be presenting our latest systems and solutions for collating individual foils with different security features, monitored and controlled by video cameras and reading systems. We also show card punches to produce the finished documents from form sheets.
Personalisation of security documents
We will show you our compact desktop systems for personalising cards and passports with laser engraving and encode the internal chips with contact or contactless systems. Our personalisation systems are modular and can be used for different document sizes.

Fully automatic storage system with connection to existing conveyor technology
Storage system for up to 50,000 SMD reels. The storage system is organised in several lines and works in parallel in each line with integrated robot technology. Integrated input and output modules ensure fully automatic separation and order-related picking of SMD component reels.
Modular and scalable: our storage concept for SMD reels
Our Magic Tower can be extended in width and depth, is available in 3 different heights (2.50 m, 3.30 m or 3.80 m) and offers a wide range of options for individual module configurations, such as X-ray counters. The storage concept provides the ideal basis for flexible, secure and scalable storage of 1,500 to 100,000 rolls. Find out all about the countless options of this innovative storage concept.
Storage towers for MSL components
Drying cabinets for moisture-sensitive components. Any number of storage towers can be equipped with dry air to store MSL component reels in this area. Special storage areas can be equipped with a heater for re-drying components.
Fully automatic storage and retrieval modules on spikes with robot technology
SMD reels are delivered on trays equipped with skewers. The reels are fixed on these spikes and are removed from the spikes using a special gripper system before beingfed individually to the storage system. For order picking, the reels are placed back on one of the spikes in the desired order.
Automated conveyor technology for connecting the warehouse to incoming goods and production lines
Using a current system, we will show you how our storage system can be connected to different conveyor technologies. We handle individual spikes or trays for the transport of SMD component reels with our storage systems and can connect to existing logistics systems or supply the complete infrastructure. We ensure that the right components are in the right place at the right time.
